Memphis Moms Guide to December 2016

memphis-moms-blog-guide-to-december-and-holiday-events-2016

Alright Memphis Mamas, time to put away the pumpkins and turkey platters and break out the twinkly lights and snowman decorations! December is here and it is bringing a sleigh-load of fun.

To me, December is a time for celebration and memory making. One of our family’s favorite holiday traditions is decorating our Christmas tree and then cuddling up for a movie night with the 25 Days of Christmas. There’s nothing like a cup of hot chocolate, popcorn, and Elf  by the light of the tree to get you in the holiday spirit. Between all the family traditions, gift buying and wrapping, parties to attend, cookies to bake, and holiday memories to make, there isn’t much time to search for things to do with the family. Not to worry, we here at MMB know how busy this time of year is. So as our gift to you, we have wrapped up December’s best family friendly events in a pretty bow just for you.

Holiday Parades: Parade route and information is available in the links.

December 2, 7:00 pm-9:00 pm  Collierville Christmas Parade

December 3, 4:00 pm Downtown Holiday Parade

December 3, 4:00 pm Bartlett Christmas Parade

December 3, 3:00 pm Arlington Christmas Parade

December 3, 1:00 pm Millington Christmas Parade

December 10, 2:00pm Germantown Holiday Parade
