Thursday, June 29

Flag City Freedom Celebration 2023

Millington, TN | USA Stadium Complex | 4885 Bill Knight Road | 6:00- 10:00 p.m.

Join Millington Parks and Recreation for our Annual Flag City Freedom Celebration on Thursday, June 29th at the Millington Sports Complex, located at 4885 Bill Knight Road (Entry will be located at Jack Huffman and Newport)! A spectacular fireworks show and music by Sherry Oke! The gates open at 6:00 PM and fireworks will begin at sundown. Parking is $5 per vehicle. Parking is also very limited.

Friday, June 30

Arlington's Star Spangled Spectacular

Arlington, TN | Arlington Sports Complex | 11307 Memphis Arlington Road | 6:00 p.m.

The 2023 Arlington's Star Spangled Spectacular is on! Join us on Friday, June 30th for fireworks, food, and live music! The event starts at 6:00 p.m. with fireworks beginning at approximately 9:00.

Freedom Fest 2023

West Memphis, AR | Tilden Rogers Park | 825 N Airport Rd | 5 p.m.

Celebrate the 4th of July with us! Fun for the entire family, and did we mention FIREWORKS! See Eastern Arkansas’s Largest fireworks show! There will be food trucks, fire trucks, LIVE music by Ethel Tamara & The Concrete Rose Band and The Soul Shockers. Bring your lawn chair and sit back and enjoy the show!

City of Horn Lake Fireworks

Horn Lake, MS | Latimer Lake Park | 5633 Tulane Rd | 4:00-10:00 p.m.

Vendors, activities & concert start at 4pm. Live Music! Come early and bring a picnic! Fireworks start at 9:15pm. Free parking and free admission.

Overton Square Independence Celebration

Memphis | Overton Square (Chimes Courtyard) | 2092 Trimble Place | 7-10 p.m.

It's heating up at the Square just in time for our annual Overton Square Independence Celebration! Join us from 7-9pm on Saturday, July 1 for a FREE fun celebration with live music from Cyrena Wages & Band. Bring the kids for free face painting & balloon art and check out the Fire Museum's cool vintage fire trucks while they enjoy sweet treats from Sweet Noshings. Bayou Bar & Grill is on hand with hot dogs and snacks, with grown-up cocktails from Babalu.

All-American Party & Elvis Fireworks Extravanganza

Whitehaven | Elvis Presley's Memphis | 6285 Snowden Ln | 7 p.m. Sunday

Celebrate the Fourth in the way only Graceland can, with an Elvis-themed fireworks spectacular! Bring the family and enjoy an evening hosted by DJ Argo of SiriusXM Elvis Radio, who will share unique stories of Elvis and Graceland. After the sun finally sets, it’s time to celebrate America as the sky lights up with an unforgettable fireworks display set to Elvis music Free Admission includes parking at Graceland's main parking lot and access into Elvis Presley Memphis Ticket Plaza.** There are MANY ticketed events at Graceland over the holiday weekend.   • Postgame Fireworks Show: Following the game, the Redbirds will launch the largest fireworks shows from centerfield presented by Tennessee Lottery. The record won’t last long…

Sunday, July 2

  • Hawaiian Shirt Giveaway: The first 1,500 fans at AutoZone Park will receive a Hawaiian shirt featuring elements from the Redbirds 25 years of history.
  • Ice Cream Sunday: Kids, age 12 and under, will receive a free treat courtesy of Prairie Farms.
  • Kids Run the Bases: Following the game, kids, age 12 and under, can run the bases under the lights just like the pros!

Monday, July 3

Memphis: Liberty for All at Liberty Park

Liberty Park | Memphis | 335 South Hollywood | 5:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.

Join Memphis Parks and the City of Memphis for an Independence Day festival and the official City fireworks show in Liberty Park on Sunday, July 3rd, from 5-9 p.m. This event is FREE for ALL, so gather your friends and family for an evening they won't forget.
  • Free parking and admission in any of the Liberty Park lots, including Tiger Lane
  • Live music will be provided by DJ Zoom and by soul/R&B diva Jonte Mayon.
  • Kids inflatable play area, face painting, and carnival games
  • Local food trucks and Adult Beverages
  • Biggest Fireworks Show in town starting at 9 p.m.

Liberty for all event

Celebrate Your Independence Fireworks & Festival

Olive Branch, MS | Olive Branch City Park | 8267 Goodman Rd. | 4-11 p.m.

Bring your blankets and lawn chairs to Olive Branch City Park for this free event. Enjoy Kids Zone, great food vendors, and a huge fireworks display set to music. Gates open at 4 p.m. and the show starts at 9:15. Entrances will be blocked once the park is filled to capacity.

Children's Bike Parade

Hernando, MS | Hernando Courthouse Square | 2535 U.S. 51 | 6:30

Decorate your bikes, trikes, scooters and yourselves in patriotic decor! The starting point is the east parking lot of Hernando Baptist Church at 11 E. Center St. At 6:30pm. The Hernando Police Department will hand out bike helmets and give bike safety instructions to the children.

Collierville Annual Independence Day Celebration

Collierville, TN | 6-10 p.m. | W.C. Cox Park | 440 W. Powell Road

The town of Collierville will be holding its 37th annual Independence Day Celebration on Monday, July 3 (rain date July 4). Music begins at 7 p.m. Alice Hasen & the Blaze (a fiddle-powered groove band), followed by the Soul Shockers (who will offer "a mix of classic 60's Motown, 70's funk, and today's top dance hits"). The 18-minute fireworks show that begins at 9:30 p.m. is described as "one of the largest in the Mid-South."

Fireworks Extravaganza

Bartlett, TN | Bobby K. Flaherty Municipal Center | Hwy 70 & Appling Road | 6-9:30 p.m.

Bartlett’s annual Independence Day celebration is more than just a fireworks show. They have an entire program planned starting at 6 p.m. with an opening ceremony that will include live music, a Posting of the Colors by the Bartlett Police Department Honor Guard, and recognition of veterans and city officials. All activities will take place at the Bobby K. Flaherty Municipal Center. Fireworks start at 9:10 p.m.

Celebrate Independence 

Munford, TN |Poplar Park | 8:30 pm-9:30 pm

Bring your chairs, bring your blanket, and enjoy an evening of fellowship while celebrating our independence with a free fireworks show at Poplar Park. Check out the Munford, TN website for more event details!

Tuesday, July 4


  1. High Point Neighborhood Parade

Memphis | Mimosa and Aurora Circle | 9:00 a.m.

Bring your bike for this fun neighborhood parade (the longest running one in the city). A fire truck leads the way and turns on the hoses at the end. Popsicles are available at the conclusion as well. This year, cars and other motorized vehicles can do a longer route that ends at Cheffie's!

2. Central Gardens 4th of July Parade

The CGA July 4th parade will take place on York Avenue at 10 a.m. Registration will begin at 9 a.m. in the IC parking lot.

3. Pidgeon Estates Neighborhood Parade

Memphis | 10:00 a.m.

4. Cooper Young Community Association Independence Day Parade

Memphis | Peabody Elementary | 2086 Young Avenue | 10 a.m.

All are welcome to come out and celebrate the 4th of July with popsicles, sidewalk chalk, and a short parade near Peabody Elementary. Every year is slightly different but it’s always a blast to hang out with the neighborhood and celebrate this patriotic holiday.

Fireworks Extravaganza

You don't want to miss out on any of the star-spangled fun during Germantown’s Fireworks Extravaganza! Celebrate the nation’s birthday with live music, moon bounces, games, crafts, refreshments and a spectacular fireworks display. No rain date.

July 4th Firework Celebration 

Southaven, MS | Snowden Grove Amphitheater | 6285 Snowden Ln | 4 p.m.

The City of Southaven will host its annual July Fourth Celebration this year at the BankPlus Amphitheater at Snowden Grove Park. Free admission, and picnics and coolers are welcome. Fireworks start at 9:00!
