Join Millington Parks and Recreation for our Annual Flag City Freedom Celebration on Thursday, June 29th at the Millington Sports Complex, located at 4885 Bill Knight Road (Entry will be located at Jack Huffman and Newport)! A spectacular fireworks show and music by Sherry Oke! The gates open at 6:00 PM and fireworks will begin at sundown. Parking is $5 per vehicle. Parking is also very limited.

The 2023 Arlington’s Star Spangled Spectacular is on! Join us on Friday, June 30th for fireworks, food, and live music! The event starts at 6:00 p.m. with fireworks beginning at approximately 9:00.

Celebrate Your Independence Fireworks & Festival

Bring your blankets and lawn chairs to Olive Branch City Park for this free event. Enjoy Kids Zone, great food vendors, and a huge fireworks display set to music. Gates open at 4 p.m. and the show starts at 9:15. Entrances will be blocked once the park is filled to capacity.
Hernando, MS | Hernando Courthouse Square | 2535 U.S. 51 | 6:30
Decorate your bikes, trikes, scooters and yourselves in patriotic decor! The starting point is the east parking lot of Hernando Baptist Church at 11 E. Center St. At 6:30pm. The Hernando Police Department will hand out bike helmets and give bike safety instructions to the children.
Collierville Annual Independence Day Celebration
Collierville, TN | 6-10 p.m. | W.C. Cox Park | 440 W. Powell Road
The town of Collierville will be holding its 37th annual Independence Day Celebration on Monday, July 3 (rain date July 4). Music begins at 7 p.m. Alice Hasen & the Blaze (a fiddle-powered groove band), followed by the Soul Shockers (who will offer “a mix of classic 60’s Motown, 70’s funk, and today’s top dance hits”). The 18-minute fireworks show that begins at 9:30 p.m. is described as “one of the largest in the Mid-South.”

Bartlett’s annual Independence Day celebration is more than just a fireworks show. They have an entire program planned starting at 6 p.m. with an opening ceremony that will include live music, a Posting of the Colors by the Bartlett Police Department Honor Guard, and recognition of veterans and city officials. All activities will take place at the Bobby K. Flaherty Municipal Center. Fireworks start at 9:10 p.m.

DAYTIME EVENTS
- High Point Neighborhood Parade
Memphis | Mimosa and Aurora Circle | 9:00 a.m.
Bring your bike for this fun neighborhood parade (the longest running one in the city). A fire truck leads the way and turns on the hoses at the end. Popsicles are available at the conclusion as well. This year, cars and other motorized vehicles can do a longer route that ends at Cheffie’s!
2. Central Gardens 4th of July Parade
The CGA July 4th parade will take place on York Avenue at 10 a.m. Registration will begin at 9 a.m. in the IC parking lot.
3. Pidgeon Estates Neighborhood Parade
Memphis | 10:00 a.m.
4. Cooper Young Community Association Independence Day Parade
Memphis | Peabody Elementary | 2086 Young Avenue | 10 a.m.
All are welcome to come out and celebrate the 4th of July with popsicles, sidewalk chalk, and a short parade near Peabody Elementary. Every year is slightly different but it’s always a blast to hang out with the neighborhood and celebrate this patriotic holiday.

You don’t want to miss out on any of the star-spangled fun during Germantown’s Fireworks Extravaganza! Celebrate the nation’s birthday with live music, moon bounces, games, crafts, refreshments and a spectacular fireworks display. No rain date.
Southaven, MS | Snowden Grove Amphitheater | 6285 Snowden Ln | 4 p.m.
The City of Southaven will host its annual July Fourth Celebration this year at the BankPlus Amphitheater at Snowden Grove Park. Free admission, and picnics and coolers are welcome. Fireworks start at 9:00!
