BRUNCH AND BURN {Event Announcement}

Summer is right around the corner, but with the temperatures in the 80's, it feels like it's already arrived! With higher temps comes summer clothing and, dare we say, swim suits! Summer is the perfect time to re-kindle your workout routine. Not sure you like exercising? That's ok too! We are excited to announce a new fitness series coming for moms! Summer often offers a more flexible schedule and allows for moms to try something new!

Introducing BRUNCH AND BURN!

We have partnered with four awesome area workout facilities: Burn Boot Camp, Transfor{M}ama, Pike Yoga and Fit4Mom. We have strategically offered these places based on their location within Memphis, and the variety of the workout you'll receive at each one. You'll definitely feel the BURN at each class offered!

I know that after I'm done working out, I'm famished! As part of the ticket price, Memphis Moms Blog will be providing BRUNCH for all the moms attending each class. Stay afterward, grab a bite, and make a new friend! You will not want to miss the scrumptious goodies offered after each sweat session!

disclaimer: each class being offered is for all fitness levels! NO previous experience needed! Ticket price includes workout class and food. Please consult a doctor before starting any new fitness regimen.

It’s Time :: Moms, Let’s Do Better
I have a serious question. (This rarely happens. *wink*) When did it become okay to be late? Maybe I’m old-school or am just imagining it (I’m not.), but it seems these days it’s becoming more and more typical for people to casually stroll into meetings 10-15 minutes late, blow off dinner plans for an hour […]
Veterans Day and Our Kids
My first memories of celebrating Veterans Day are from elementary school. In my tiny hometown of Bruceton, TN, we had an awesome celebration each year to honor veterans in the area. Since our school had kindergarten through 12th grade in the same building, the entire school attended the program. I have such fond memories of the Veterans of […]
