We are accredited by the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training and recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. We are also approved by the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements; this certification permits us to enroll participants in any state in the United States, not only our home state of Tennessee.

Because of that, our Employment and Entrepreneurship Assistance Services (EEAS) team begins working with students from Day 1 – so you don’t have to wait until you finish training to begin the process of landing a tech job. This approach is uniquely proactive, and it works – we have placed over 75% of our graduates in training-related positions over the past five years.

Our training programs are all live and led by experienced, certified instructors. Classes are accelerated and can be as short as 8 weeks, enabling you to make your next career move quickly. Each program is designed around globally recognized industry certifications, from vendors like Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, Amazon AWS, and more.

We are currently recruiting for a new grant program, called GROWWTH (Growing Relational and Occupational Wealth in West Tennessee Households). This grant is funded through the TN Department of Human Services and housed within the University of Memphis Center for Regional Economic Enrichment. Participants in the GROWWTH program will have their full tuition and fees covered, and will also get paid for achieving program milestones such as completion of training, certification attainment, and job placement.< Growth program

To be eligible for GROWWTH, you must be the parent or legal guardian of a child under 18; be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident living in West TN (22 counties); and either have an annual income below the federal poverty level, or be unemployed, or be in receipt of some form of public assistance (Medicaid, Family First, SNAP, Section 8 Housing, or National School Lunch – Free or Reduced). If you don’t meet the eligibility criteria for GROWWTH, don’t be discouraged!
