Looking for a cheap date night that gets you home before 9pm? Or maybe an excuse to get together with some coworkers or friends and avoid the crazy drivers on 240? Well, look no further!

"Strangewaze Wednesdaze"

Every Wednesday evening in May from 5:30-7:30 pm

Head to the Medical District's Health Sciences Park (Madison Ave. at Dunlap)

Best part? It's FREE!

Yep, you heard us right! Strangewaze started in May ’21 as a way to bring people back to the Edge and Medical Districts. The neighborhoods had lost some momentum during the pandemic so they were looking at ways to revitalize the hype again. In its first iteration it was called Hump Day Happy Hour. The participants saw about 75-100 people attend weekly. In its second year the Memphis Edge brought on Remember Media to manage the social media and saw a boost in attendance to about 500 people each week!

Strangewaze Wednesdaze is returning for the 4th year in the row and it's going to be the biggest and best yet!

I have a serious question. (This rarely happens. *wink*) When did it become okay to be late? Veterans Day and Our Kids
My first memories of celebrating Veterans Day are from elementary school. In my tiny hometown of Bruceton, TN, we had an awesome celebration each year to honor veterans in the area. Since our school had kindergarten through 12th grade in the same building, the entire school attended the program. I have such fond memories of the Veterans of […]
