PERIOD. A Learning Event for Moms & Daughters [EVENT ANNOUNCEMENT]

We’re thrilled to announce that we are hosting a PERIOD talk! Join us:

Tickets are $10 each (each parent and child must have one)

Do you have a child between the ages of 8 and 12? Is your child on the cusp of puberty or in the early stages? Not sure how to talk about what a period is or how to explain it?

Let us help.

We’ve joined forces with area experts to bring you valuable resources about puberty, periods, and PMS to give you the confidence to help talk with your child about their changing bodies AND raging emotions.

What to Expect:

• Experts from Functional Wellness of Memphis, Mojo Pelvic Health, Sundara Wellness, and Guiding Star will be on site. We’ll have a few visual presentations for both mom and daughter and then each group will get to have a private breakout session!
• Visit our vendors from area businesses that specialize in helping with period pain and peruse various period products.
• Grab a snack or treat from our PMS Cravings Bar!
• Snap some silly pics in our Photo booth area.

Tickets are $10 each and each parent & child must have one. Due to the space, there’s only 50 tickets total available. Grab yours HERE.

Where to Go:

Serendipity Labs is our venue host and is a co-working space in East Memphis. Located at 6584 Poplar Avenue, they’re in the building directly beside the Jewish Community Center. When you arrive, simply park in the back or front lots and enter through the glass doors to the lobby. You’ll take the elevator to the SECOND FLOOR. The doors will open directly into the Serendipity Labs lobby and you’ll check in at the table! (Look for the red & white polka dot balloons!)
