Memphis Neighborhood Egg Hunt
Memphis families may not be able to attend some of our favorite egg hunts (including our very own awesome one we hosted last year!), but that doesn’t mean we can’t have a little fun this Easter! Luckily, with the help from our local communities, we can go on an egg hunt while still practicing social distancing. Similar to the “bear hunts” and “chalk walks” we’ve seen popping up in neighborhoods all over America, our egg hunt works best if lots of neighbors (young and old) participate. Spread the word in your local neighborhood — and maybe even go ahead and color some to drop off for those elderly neighbors, too!

Decorate your egg any way that you want! Be creative; use markers, crayons, water color, and maybe even some glitter or stickers.
Display your egg(s) in your window by Wednesday, April 8th.
Go on an egg hunt any time between April 9th and 12th with your family! See how many eggs you can find! *Don’t forget* to take a picture of the amazing eggs you see or your family having so much fun on your hunt!
Share Them to Social Media
Facebook: Add them to the Memphis Moms Blog thread and tag @memphismomsblog when sharing them!
Instagram: Share them to your image feed or add them to your stories! Be sure to tag @memphismomsblog so we can share them to our Egg Hunt highlight. Use the hashtag #neighborhoodegghunt as well.
