MEET THE CO-OWNERS
Crady
Crady is a native Memphian, but she left for twelve years only to return at the end of June 2016. She is wife to Brad, who is a pediatrician in the ER at LeBonheur. Together, they have three children: Cooper (August 2010), Semmes (March 2013), and Katherine Cobb (September 2016). Cooper has a disability, so she is constantly balancing being a special needs mom and a typical mom. She lives with her family in Central Gardens. She loves vacations, dinners with friends, and a hoppy IPA at the end of the day. She hates kids’ TV shows, people who park in handicap spots when they aren’t handicapped, and tomatoes.
Crady is the editing arm of the Memphis Moms and manages the writing team and the business Facebook account. She also heads up the Memphis Mom “Read Between the Wines” Bookclub and loves to host the annual contributor team parties.
Lori
Originally from near Pittsburgh PA, Lori moved to Memphis in August of 2009. She has a passion for working with special needs children as an ABA therapist and also teaches swim lessons out of her own pool each summer. Lori is married to college sweetheart, Ryan, an archaeology professor at the University of Memphis. Together they have five great kids: Ali (April 2007), Asher (Dec 2009), Kates (Oct 2012), Paige (April 2014), and Gwen (July 2019). Lori loves Jesus, lattes, and grocery shopping alone. She’s not a fan of getting up early in the morning!
Lori is the advertising and event planning arm of the Memphis Moms. She runs the Instagram page as well as manages the monthly Memphis Moms newsletter. Lori organizes all the monthly get togethers, including the free playdates and ticketed events. She loves connecting local businesses with Memphis families!
