{EVENT ANNOUNCEMENT} Hanging With Heroes
Memphis Moms is excited to announce our annual event
HANGING WITH HEROES
June 1, 2024
10 am- 12 pm!
Hanging With Heroes is an award-winning event geared towards the entire family! Come mingle and hang out with Superhero characters side by side with real community heroes.
TICKET INFO:
Kids ages 1-12 are only $15/ticket | Babies (0-1) and humans 13+ are FREE
Ticket price includes access to all games and hands-on activities, ability to play on the playgrounds, climb in the vehicles, unlimited pictures in front of the city-scape backdrop, and unlimited interaction with all the heroes! Food trucks will be on the property with food/treats for purchase. Tickets will only be available at the door in the unlikely event that it’s not sold out (like in previous years!).

The first 50 families will receive a complimentary swag bag (this year some of the amazing loot includes Kwik Stix paints, Lesser Evil snacks, coloring sheets, bubbles, toothbrushes and more!).

WHAT TO EXPECT:

- Firemen + Fire Truck

- + NEW THIS YEAR — An MLGW Truck and “The Terminator” will be on site, showing kids how they impact our community by keeping our power and water running!

PLUS!
- Super-hero characters walking around engaging children and available for unlimited picture taking! (pro tip: Spiderman is usually “hanging” around on the playground!)
- Take pictures in front of our cityscape backdrop
- Vendors will be offering family resources, education and community class information, and fun activities for all the kiddos
- Groove to some live music! This year local musician (and dad!) Andrew Best will be singing and encouraging the little ones to dance!
- “Super-hero training” obstacle course
- Access to TWO fenced-in playgrounds
- Food trucks + sweet treats! This year we have returning favorite VooDoo Cafe for all your coffee needs and N’Orleans flavors and new-to-the-Memphis-scene Chi Phi Food Truck + Dipsticle popsicle cart and Kone Ice snow cones
