Our Generation :: Photobooth Event Coming to Target in Cordova!
This post is sponsored by Battat (makers of Our Generation dolls), but the opinions expressed in the post are 100% ours and genuine!

Have you heard of Our Generation dolls? They're these really great dolls, geared toward teaching girls how anyone can make a difference in this world!

As a mom, I know the importance of teaching young girls how to be powerful, strong, and independent women who can make an impact. There are an array of dolls to choose from, each with her own unique story.  There are tons of accessories your child can use to create a deeper story for her doll, and play out her own dreams!

This Saturday, November 12, head to the Target in Cordova for a fun Our Generation photo booth event!

This FREE event includes:

  • Photo booth set-up for kids to dress up like their Our Generation doll and have their photo taken (with their doll if they bring it). Props and accessories will be available at the photo booth to help make your photos fabulous!
  • Themes for the photos will be “riding”, inspired by Lily Anna, and “rockstar”, inspired by Layla.
  • Attendees will also receive an OG frame to display their picture!

While you’re at the event, check out the huge display of Our Generation dolls and accessories.

Our Generation isn't just about a doll or a book or even a fantastic miniature tea set.

It's about girls growing up together and creating the narrative of an extraordinary generation.

And parents who understand the pressures of being a girl more than
any generation of parents before them.

It's about a website where a girl can weigh in on issues that are important to her.
Or spend hours creating the next new look for a fashion-forward doll. Or crafting
a heart that will represent her story on a Wall of Hearts that represents the
story of her entire generation. (Who knows, her heart may even end
up on Our Generation packaging.)

Our Generation is about girls helping girls who are less fortunate
because they want to and because they know they can.

And packaging that’s eco-friendly for a generation who wouldn’t
accept anything less.

It’s about accessories that speak to the multifaceted lives girls live.

It’s about quality dolls at prices aimed to not exclude anyone.

It's about giving girls a voice to create and shape a community they love.

It’s about a very important generation and its story.

We hope to see you at the event, and know the little ones in your life will love these dolls and their stories just as much as we do!

It’s Time :: Moms, Let’s Do Better
I have a serious question. (This rarely happens. *wink*) When did it become okay to be late? Maybe I’m old-school or am just imagining it (I’m not.), but it seems these days it’s becoming more and more typical for people to casually stroll into meetings 10-15 minutes late, blow off dinner plans for an hour […]
Veterans Day and Our Kids
My first memories of celebrating Veterans Day are from elementary school. In my tiny hometown of Bruceton, TN, we had an awesome celebration each year to honor veterans in the area. Since our school had kindergarten through 12th grade in the same building, the entire school attended the program. I have such fond memories of the Veterans of […]
