BRUNCH & BURN : A Fall Fitness Series 2022

Pumpkin this. Pumpkin that. It's officially fall in the Mid-South and soup season is about to hit. Plus all that tailgate food. And oh, let's not even talk about the s'mores around the soon-to-happen (come on cool weather!) fire pits. That's why we're bringing back Brunch and Burn for this fall!

brunch and burn joke
I mean, gosh, why is this so true! ugh.

BRUNCH AND BURN is back for the fall!

We've partnered with four awesome area workout facilities: HOTWORX - Memphis Edge District, WhatTheDoula (outdoor yoga), FiA Memphis (outdoor bootcamp) and Ground Zero Cycle Club. We have strategically offered these places based on their location within Memphis and the variety of the workout you'll receive at each one. You'll definitely feel the BURN at each class offered!

I know that after I'm done working out, I'm famished! As part of your ticket, each location will be providing BRUNCH for all the moms attending each class. Stay afterward, grab a bite (all from locally-owned restaurants), and make a new friend! You will not want to miss the scrumptious goodies offered after each sweat session!

brunch and burnDisclaimer: each class being offered is for all fitness levels! NO previous experience needed! Please consult a doctor before starting any new fitness regimen.

RESERVE YOUR TICKETS HERE   (The complete series is only $20; come to just one or come to all!) Ticket price includes: workout class + all food/drinks. There are only 16 tickets available for this series, so grab yours today before it’s sold out (which totally happened this past summer!)!

It’s Time :: Moms, Let’s Do Better
I have a serious question. (This rarely happens. *wink*) When did it become okay to be late? Maybe I’m old-school or am just imagining it (I’m not.), but it seems these days it’s becoming more and more typical for people to casually stroll into meetings 10-15 minutes late, blow off dinner plans for an hour […]
Veterans Day and Our Kids
My first memories of celebrating Veterans Day are from elementary school. In my tiny hometown of Bruceton, TN, we had an awesome celebration each year to honor veterans in the area.
